I build influencer marketing functions that scale.

For nearly four years, I led Influencer Marketing at Yandex Practicum, where I built the function from the ground up — creating the strategy, processes, team, analytics, and creator ecosystem that turned influencer marketing into a measurable growth channel.

At the same time, I consulted for a beauty brand, helping scale its influencer program and test new acquisition opportunities.

I'm at my best where strategy meets execution: building systems from scratch, turning creative ideas into repeatable processes, and using data to make better marketing decisions. I love diving into analytics, spotting patterns, and optimizing what actually moves the business — not vanity metrics.
